Raspberry Pi: ordenador en miniatura por 20 euros

You can build a computer completely functional and sell it by ones? 20 euros? Aparentemente sí: se llama Raspberry Pi and be on the market as of January of 2012. It is an initiative of a non-profit foundation, that takes a couple of years pondering it and that finally has become a product with a result when less surprising.

The original idea was to create a computer sufficiently cheap as to which students could learn computing with it. To reduce it, el Raspberry Pi ha sido despojado de todo lo que pueda considerarse opcional o superfluo: la placa principal no contiene más que la CPU, some memory and how many connections to communicate with the outside world, including a USB port for keyboard and one output to the screen.

The dimensions of the Raspberry Pi son increíblemente reducidas: unos 9 x 6 x 2 cm, little more than a mobile phone.
